I am happy to rejoin the world of personal blogging, as of… right now. katincooks.com unfortunately took a back burner to my work at Springpad, and even more to the arrival of my two sons.
But, now that Springpad is shutting down in just a few days (Learn more at http://springpad.com/blog) my online home will once again be katincooks.com. Over the coming weeks I’ll try to replace the now-defunct Springpad links in my old posts.
I’ve got some exciting stuff in the works and can’t wait to share it with all of you – so stay tuned.

Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed my time with Springpad. I miss it so much. Didn’t realize until last week how much my life revolved around it. One of the major things I did is save recipes on the site. So finding your cooking blog on the Springpad expatriate site is much appreciated. I have to ask, do you have a new day job? The entire staff is so talented (how else to explain the incredible achievement?), that I all of you deserve to find fulfilling work. Brittni was the staff member who answered all of my questions when I first joined Springpad, but I really enjoyed all your posts. If you are still in contact with Brittni, give her my best.
